Former NRL forward Santi joined York from Keighley Cougars in June 2023 and quickly became a favourite among Knights supporters with big stints with ball in hand and in defence.

After agreeing a new deal, he’s going into his third season at York in 2025.

The front-rower departed Cougar Park after two-and-a-half-seasons at Keighley, scoring 15 tries in 47 appearances.

Santi brings elite-level experience to the Knights, having appeared in three World Cups for Italy, for whom he has earned 15 international caps.

The Sydney-born forward has also featured in the NRL with Wests Tigers, playing 11 times in the top-flight competition.
