Potter arrived at York ahead of the 2024 season, after progressing through Hull KR’s Academy and into the reserves.

Potter made two appearances in a York shirt last year, firstly in the narrow 22-18 home defeat by Widnes, and then at Odsal against Bradford Bulls, where he kicked four goals in the 36-28 defeat.

He also made six appearances for dual registration partners, Newcastle Thunder in League 1.

He’ll be keen to keep progressing in his second year at the club.
