The latest member of the York City Knights Business Hub are The York Pie Company. Darren Wiseman, the company’s Chief Pie Scientist, explains below why the organisation has joined:
“We joined the hub to extend our support of local sporting heroes in our community. Allowing us to associate ourselves and our handmade products alongside a great Family and Community orientated organisation that share our values was one we could not miss. This fantastic opportunity start, what we hope will be a growing and long-term mutually beneficial relationship, with a great family-orientated club for years to come.
Established in 2014 The York pie Company entered its 8th year in 2021 and we stock a range of over 40 different Artisan Pies made and baked fresh to order every day before being delivered to your food business or home. A complete and growing range can be found on our website www.yorkpies.com This year 2021 sees us looking to expand rapidly and create several local jobs, we are family orientated and use local suppliers whenever we can to help grow and sustain the local economy.
