Fans' Ticket Update: Members & Season Ticket Holders

1. Collect your ticket for the match and receive a tour of the stadium. To do so, please book your tour in advance HERE, with a range of days and times available from Saturday 15th May to Wednesday 19th Please book a tour as capacities are strictly limited.

2. Collect your ticket from our club shop from Saturday 15th May. The club shop is open between 10am and 1pm on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th, 10am and 7pm on Monday 17th May, 10am and 4pm from Tuesday to Friday (18th to 21st). Tickets are not available for collection on the day of the game.

3. York City Knights will send a downloadable ticket to your registered email address. If this is your preference, please email z.ingledew@yorkcityknights.com to let us know by Wednesday 19th May. Please note that tickets issued will be for the Oldham fixture only and not your season ticket cards. The cards will be issued only once restrictions are lifted. Those attending will have an allocated seat which may be different to the one you have booked when purchasing your season ticket. While we understand this may be frustrating, we assure you that this will be for a limited time and as a result of Covid-19 and social distancing restrictions. Season Ticket holders will also receive a time to arrive at the stadium. Again, this is important to ensure that we can get each group of people into the stadium safely in line with restrictions and regulations as well as in good time ahead of kick-off. Dependent upon the crowd capacity granted, any additional tickets will be allocated via a ballot, further information will follow in due course. We also have parking permits available for our match against Oldham, allowing you to park within the Monks Cross Park & Ride Car Park. If you wish to get one of these, please come into the club shop during our opening hours to purchase one as we are unable to send these out to you. They are available to purchase for £5. If you have already bought your parking pass for this season, you can collect it from the club shop during our opening hours.
