Betfred Women’s Super League champions, York Valkyrie will take on Featherstone Rovers in the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup on Sunday 13th April (12pm) in what will be their first appearance of the season at the LNER Community Stadium!
The Group B tie will be played as part of a double header at the stadium, with York Knights taking on Doncaster RLFC in the Betfred Championship at 3pm.
It’s also been confirmed that the Valkyrie will face Huddersfield Giants in their opening Challenge Cup match on Sunday 6th April at Laund Hill, Huddersfield (3pm).
The winners and runners up of each group will progress through to the quarter finals.
The final of the competition will be held at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 7th June.
