York RLFC to host triple header on June 2nd

York RLFC are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a triple header of matches at the LNER Community Stadium on Sunday 2nd June!

The day will reigning Betfred Women's Super League champions York Valkyrie face Warrington Wolves (12pm) before York Knights take on Widnes Vikings (3pm) in the Betfred Championship.

The day will close with a clash between OSCAR's All Stars and Rugby League All Stars (5pm), with the former led by Cain North.

Cain is a huge York RLFC supporter and has inspired everyone within the local community through his fundraising efforts for York-based OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity since being diagnosed with a brain tumour.

OSCAR's All Stars will face the Rugby League All Stars - a team of former professionals whose past players include Gareth Ellis, Danny Brough and Adrian Morley - who are raising money for the Life For A Kid Foundation. The Hull-based charity aims to help children under the age of 16 who require life-saving or life-changing operations by offering funds and equipment.

Both OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity and the Life For A Kid Foundation will be fundraising at the LNER Community Stadium on the day. Alternatively, you can donate to OSCAR’s by clicking HERE or you can donate to Life For A Kid by clicking HERE.

Any supporter who has already purchased a ticket for the triple header on Sunday 2nd June does not need to purchase a new ticket, with all tickets providing access to every match as part of our triple header.

Please note that Turnstiles will open at 11.30am for this triple header.
