After an injury hit 2024, Gale will be looking to come back strongly in 2025, once she recovers from off-season surgery.

One of the young talents in the Betfred Women’s Super League, Lindsay Anfield signed Gale from Oulton Raidettes ahead of the 2022 season, with the Leeds-born star going on to play a key role in York’s capture of the League Leaders’ Shield that year.

The Farnley Falcons product kicked on again in 2023, contributing to successive League Leaders’ Shield and a maiden Grand Final.

Gale’s performances saw her rewarded with the Valkyrie’s 2023 Young Player of the Year award and a first call-up to the England Knights squad in 2024.
