Volunteering
York RLFC Foundation are looking to recruit volunteers for a number of projects.
As a Foundation, we are always looking for volunteers to support our programmes and with a whole host of wide-ranging programmes being launched across the course of 2024, we want to recruit the right volunteer for the right role.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our sport. Rugby League would simply not exist without them! This could be coaching sessions, supporting events, match days or fundraising. So, whether you are a potential coach, team manager, first aider or photographer we want to hear from you.
You do not have to necessarily be a seasoned rugby league fan, you may have just discovered the sport, or are looking to develop your professional skills- there is always a way to get involved. If you’d like to volunteer with Rugby League, there are lots of different opportunities and roles available.
The specific programmes we are looking to recruit for are RugBees, Wheelchair Rugby League, Touch Rugby League, Learning Disability Rugby League, Physical Disability Rugby League, Holiday Activities & Player Development there is a role for you!
We will support you in your development and can help pay for certain qualifications to fulfil your role.
Whatever your interest please feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to welcome you into the Foundation team.
